I am a therapist, wife of 18+ years, devoted mother of 2 teenagers, reliable friend, resident of Colorado for the past 42+ years, avid reader, researcher, writer, binge watcher of shows like Heartland (only when time allows), board gamer, walker, hiker, yoga participant and animal lover.
Although I enjoy working with everyone, my areas of supportive interest include helping adolescents (Ages 12+), adults, couples and families. I believe in providing a judgement-free environment focused on personal growth, healing and finding creative solutions. I strive to empower clients to trust themselves and their healing process.
